Self-reliant village by organizing local people through training, capital creation, modern technology, integrated management of existing opportunities and resources.

Financial services of members;
Human resource development;
Expansion of modern technology to increase agricultural production;
Development of capacity of rural poor people;
Creating employment for the rural people.
 

Functions:

Creation of formal and informal human organizations;
Humanitarian and skill development training;
Creating and managing capital of beneficiaries;
Agricultural credit, micro-credit distribution and management;
Coordinating rural development activities among various stakeholders;
Implementation of rural development and poverty alleviation development projects;
Development of rural leadership and empowerment of women;
Assist in the transfer and expansion of irrigation and other modern agricultural technologies including irrigation and other improper crop production to increase the productivity of agriculture;
Increase rural production and spread of rural products by establishing marketing linkages for the products produced by the beneficiaries;
Creating opportunities for people's participation in local development and connecting rural communities with various nationally constituted offices and coordinating the services provided.
